Dental House Group offers Online Consultation with our dentists and dental professionals without you having to make a physical appointment. It is our way of enabling you to connect with our dentists for your consultation, get a professional opinion for your situation, all from the comforts of your home.

Since we already have your medical history and all the information we need from the Remote Dental Consultation, during the actual visit, we can perform most treatments from the same visit, including Same-Day Crown and Emergency Dentistry.

How Does It Work?

Instead of sending a photo or a video of your mouth and waiting for a response through email, we will have a live video call with you to make your consultation experience more insightful and efficient.

STEP 1: Make Your Booking

Call us on 1800GENTLE or complete the enquiry form and one of our friendly staff members will be in touch. Tell them you want to organise a Complimentary Online Dental Consultation, and we will organise this for you.

STEP 2: Accessing Online Consultation

You will be sent a Zoom link that’s accessible during the scheduled day and time of your Online Consultation.

STEP 3: At the Online Consultation

One of our dentists will have a video appointment with you at the scheduled date and time. They will go through a series of questions and your history to gain a full understanding of your situation. You can also discuss your dental concerns and instantly get a response. After this, if you decide to move forward, we will also book you in for the in-chair examination and treatment. This is also when we will process the consultation fee of $62 to confirm your clinical examination.

STEP 4: Clinical Examination and Treatment

The final step is for you to come in for your clinical examination and treatment.
